The show opened with footage from last week’s shows… The opening video was shown… Hulk Hogan’s music played as Mike Tenay and Taz checked in on commentary. Hogan, Eric Bischoff, and Miss Tessmacher headed to the ring together. Hogan said he loves coming to work because the greatest talent in the wrestling business is backstage.
Hogan called out Mr. Anderson, D’Angelo Dinero, Jeff Hardy, and Kurt Angle separately and they all obliged. Hogan referred to them as the fatal four, as they are the last four men in the TNA Title tournament. Hogan and Bischoff both praised Rob Van Dam’s performance as champion and discussed the tag match.

Happy Birthday Jeff!
I would just like to take the time to wish Jeff a very Happy Birthday! I hope he has a great day spent with family and friends especially his beloved Beth. Thanks darl for being such a wonderful, caring and giving person and for all that you have done and do for us Hardy Fans. This is just another year gone by one full of alot of ups and downs, I hope the next year gets only better for you especially with the arrival soon to come of your little one. Having the joy of a child in your life is like no other. Best Wishes and God Bless!

Dixie comes to the ring then calls out Flair, she goes onto to say he came to TNA to be a mentor and leader and he has failed at that and therefore suspended for 90 days without pay this causes Flair to get pissed off. He takes off his jacket and asks if she said he’ll be sitting on the sidelines while Fourtune does great things. He approaches Dixie and her husband jumps in the ring until they restrain him, then Hogan comes out with Anderson, Angle, Pope, and Hardy.
